Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission for the refurbishment and extension of the Blue Coat School was granted by Liverpool City Council in April 2002. The architects - the Derek Hicks & Thew Partnership - decided to issue a series of monthly Project Reports to record the progress of the scheme.
With their permission, the Wavertree Society will be reproducing all of these Reports in this special section of the website.
