In light of your recent enquiries relating to the sale by auction of various plots of land within Wavertree Garden Suburb, L15, Sutton Kersh issue the following statement.

Sutton Kersh act as the appointed selling agents for vendors disposing of land or property by auction sale. As registered auctioneers we follow strict guidelines prior to accepting any instruction of lots for inclusion at our forthcoming auctions.

Our role is to ensure that information is readily available to any interested party prior to sale. We are confident that we act responsibly in our capacity as selling agents, dealing with all enquiries professionally.
