I understand that Nigel Bone has replied to your email of 8th June to him which more than adequately covers the points you which you raise with me.

Mr Bone acts as Managing Agent on behalf of Merchant Estate Ltd and has the day to day responsibility of dealing with the pieces of land. May I respectfully request that these and any further queries are directed to him.

As previously explained we were instructed as Auctioneers for a limited agency period only and are therefore only relaying information provided to us by our Client's and their Agent .

I am sorry to hear that you do not accept our Statement, but we absolutely stand by it.

I appreciate the concerns of the residents, but I feel we have acted professionally and have dealt with enquiries in an efficient manner
